Why this site exists, and where every fact on it comes from.
Every meal is a small decision with two audiences: your body, and the planet that grows your food. One Planet One Plate exists to make both of those decisions easier — with real research, practical swaps, and zero guilt trips.
We're not telling anyone to give up meat entirely, or to go vegan by next Tuesday. We're translating what Project Drawdown, the World Health Organization, and public-health researchers at Johns Hopkins already know into small, repeatable choices: a leaner cut instead of a fattier one, a Monday without meat, a menu that makes the plant-based dish the default instead of the ask. Individually small. Collectively, some of the highest-leverage choices most of us make every day.
